Punch out the tabs

With the tip of a pen, punch out the tab for each correct answer to create your answer key.

Line up the template

Place the template over the student’s answer sheet, aligning the printed grids. The holes reveal the correct answer positions.

Mark and tally

Tick correct responses and clearly mark corrections through the holes, then tally the score. Keeping corrections distinct from original answers improves scoring accuracy and deters cheating.
